I already have a W7-W8 dual boot machine.
I want to upgrade w8 to w8.1
Are there any major considerations I need to be aware of when upgrading w8 to w8.1?
Does the w8.1 upgrade handle and cope with an already dual-booting machine?
I don't want to wreck/lose my w7 installation at all.

Recovery in W8.1 Enterprise. Can't find image restore.
Although I have been able to make a full disk image using the built in "system image" option, I can not find any way to restore it. The recovery options only point to system restore and refresh PC. I'm navigating to and then to access the recovery options. I can not find any restore from system image option anywhere.

Windows 8.1 install interfers with Server install

System Reserved - Deleted - Not able to Install Windows
Hello Everyone,
From many days i was trying to make backup but i was not able to make than i found that my Master File Table it corrupt which located in System Reserved.
Than i thought of Re-Installing Windows than i Formatted System Reserved Drive & My C Drive.
Now I am not even able to Install Windows.

Solved moving the "system" partition between hdds
okay here is the deal i have 2 hdds (160 gb and 1 tb) late last night used the 1 tb as a flash drive and re installed my OS on the 160 gb drive. the "system" files are on the 1 tb drive and all other files ( boot crash dump etc ) are on the other one.
PROBLEM: while doing a cold start the system fails to spin up th bigger drive in time for the software to detect the system file on the bigger...
