New Laptop like to do clean install of Windows 8

I just purchased a new Toshiba laptop it comes with Windows 8 Home 64 bit. It has been my custom when purchasing a new computer to do a complete clean install to get rid of all the bloatware that comes on the new machine. There is no Windows 8 dvd it is pre installed and I only have the Win 8 User Key how do I go out wiping out the new computer and starting fresh? Never had to deal with not...
