Okay I've been looking here- Turn automatic updating on or off - Microsoft Windows Help (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/turn-automatic-updating-on-off#turn-automatic-updating-on-off=windows-8)
And I can not find "Update and recovery" after I click Change PC settings. All I get is this-
