Hello all. First post here. I have been having several issues with Windows 8 (more specifically Windows 8.1) within the past few months. Toshiba Customer Service has not been able to assist so I am somewhat at my wits end since I can't seem to find any relevant webpages that discuss my particular concern/issue.
