I'm looking on eBay to buy a copy of Windows 8.1 OEM. I noticed on one sellers disk it said "for use with cyberpower PC's." I asked if the software and key would work on another computer. He told me that since cyberpower doesn't have their own SLIC key in the bios, it should work.
