I have just tried to do a system recovery (Refresh) on "Win 8.1" and when I tried I was told by the system that the Hard Drive or the system was Locked, I think it said the Disk was locked. :think:
I have come across this before with Windows 7 and just resolved it by doing a complete re-install, but now I can't afford to do that with Win 8.1, so can some knowledgeable person please tell me...
