Dual boot to VHD

HI everyone. I'm trying to dual boot my notebook which is running 8.1 Pro with a VHD of Win10 TP. The fact that I'm trying to dual boot with Windows 10 seems likely to be irrelevant though. I created the VHD inside of disk manager in the gui, booted to the Win10 setup disc, hit Shift F10 to get to cmd and have had multiple diskpart failures related to Access Denied. It seems to be a...
