Migrate W8.1 to new (larger) SSD

Hi I've ordered a new larger-sized SSD which should arrive in the next day or so (going from 240MB to 512MB). I have a WindowsImageBackup on my NAS, which I believe I made not long after a clean install of 8 and the upgrade to 8.1, installing key software I use, etc. about a year or so ago. It's 88GB.
