I've built a new computer and want to have Windows 8.1 Pro on it. I've installed it 3 or 4 times and do some test runs. However, Windows 8.1 Pro always has stability issues; more specifically, freezing at the Welcome/Login screen, freezing at the Restarting... screen and occasionally freezing when just using it normally.
