Purposely Interrupting Windows 8 Reset

I have a Toshiba Satellite Radius laptop. I wanted to reset it to default factory settings so its back to how I bought it. After turning on the laptop, I pressed the 0 key, and it took me to Windows 8 recovery screen. I clicked on reset, and I said to erase all files. The resetting process is taking a long long time.
