Hi my friend has asked me to recover his Dell Inspiron One 2330 to factory settings but for some reason it fails to recover from the hidden partition, I've tried through pc settings in the right side charms menu but i get Error code: 80070490. Does anyone know why this is happening?.
Would i be able to get the product key with software like KeyFinder, download a legit version of windows 8...
