BSOD Can't install Windows 8.1 from DVD ISO

Hi, my uncle asked me to repair/reinstall Windows 8 (64bit) for him because it doesn't boot anymore. So I downloaded an ISO and burned it on a DVD-RW with ImgBurn. So far so good.
