How to install drivers by UEFI

Hello. I have a problem. I got Medion Akoya P5342 G PC with AMI motherboard. I installed my Windows 8 in+ UEFI and I try to install all drivers from second disc also by UEFI. When I try to boot cd with drivers after moment I see the screen with instalation of first program (CyberLink Power Recovery) and I have to choose language and then I push next and I get error "There is no factory...
