Thank you very much for your help last time. I guess I have a real challenge for you this time. The last time I tried to upgrade my windows 8 to windows 8.1. I was not able to download anything from the internet.... As I tried to reformat my computer and reinstall windows it did not let me. I had to use one of the Sony Vaiogate apps to do this. Nevertheless I spent 2 days rebuilding...
