I looked through this post http://www.eightforums.com/installation-setup/54058-windows-8-1-recovery-could-not-find-recovery-environment-20.html and while I tried some things there to get my recovery environment to work, I am still having issues. I have included an image of what my partitions look like. I don't have physical recovery media but believe if I can get the Recovery Environment to work...
