Finally get a day off, spending it trying to get Windows 8.1 to update and eventually upgrade to Windows 10. The laptop I'm working on is a Toshiba Satellite C55D-A5372D. Can't quite figure it out, but every attempt to update Win 8.1 hangs up. A view of installed updates shows a list of failed update attempts going back at least a month.
