I built a pc recently, and I was following the simple steps to install Windows 8.1. I accidentally powered off my power strip, causing the computer to turn off. When I turned it back on it said "an operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system. Press ctrl+alt+del to restart. I have tried all of this but it still won't work.
