Ok so I was a bit slow on w10 so I decided to reset my PC then it shutdown and it deleted all my os and didn't reinstall it, so I tried to install windows 8.1 because I got one with my pc when I put in serial key it freezes for about 10mins then says product key cannot be verified please check installation media so I try to boot up like normal from hdd and it cannot find an os
any help??
