I tried installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999) and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13523) (also the x86 version). But every time it fails. And this is a new os installation....
