model is a E402M but when i boot up the laptop and try to access the troubleshoot menu with F9 nothing happens. pressing F2 brings me to a blue screen with BIOS information and boot configuration etc. but i have no idea how to factory reset.
ive tried youtube but all the ASUS windows 8 factory reset tutorials show the F9 way of factory reseting. this laptop is running 8.1 if that helps.
