on my pc i wanted to do a fresh install to windows 8.1. kept saying no partitions. apparently windows 8 messes with them when formating to use 8.1. i used lazesoft recovery suite and formated the drives and also partioned them. tried to install again it states couldnt create a new partition or locate an existing one. googled it then used command prompt and dislpart commands all went well....
