So today I did a fresh install of Windows 8.1 that I downloaded from Microsoft's website onto a flash drive because my Windows 10 had issues and the reset didn't work for it so I had to downgrade. As soon as windows did the first part of the install, I got an error message when it restarted, to finish installation, that said Attempted Execute of No Execute Memory. Then my computer resets again...
