Hello, I can't install windows 8.1 kb2919355 it says the update is not applicable.
I tried to install all others prerequisites from microsoft website but they do not apply.
I already tried to restore with dism, and sfc /scannow
Please find attached two CBS log : one about kb2919355 not installing, the other one about dism restorehealth.
