I had win7 on C:\ and I partitioned 25 GB so that I could install the Win8 90 day evaluation OS.
After the partition, I named the drive X:\ and installed Win8.
I never seen it give me an option to keep my Win7 as the default. It just restarted a few times during the installation.
When I turn on pc or reboot to see if it gives me this option to choose, it doesn't, it just boots into Win8....
